Due to the number of school cancellations this winter the last day of school will be Thursday, June 22nd. Graduation will be held on Saturday, June 17th as scheduled.

Congratulations to all the classes for a fun-filled Junior Jam! The sophomores won the Beeman Cup and the seniors took home the Wilson Cup. Each class did a great job and gave the audiences two great nights of entertainment.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS: All students interested in representing the student body at the Maple Run Unified School District Board Meetings for the 2017-2018 school year are invited to apply by sending a one-page letter of interest to Mr. Lyons by 2:45 p.m. today. The Administration will review the letters of interest, candidates will be chosen and will be expected to give a short speech the week of May 22nd. The student body will then vote on the candidates they would like to have represent them. The top two students in the voting will be announced at the end of the week.
Medical Professions is selling flowers through Claussen’s Greenhouse. If anyone is interested in ordering their spring plantings, let a Med student know or send Julie Faas an email. Orders are due today.
Any Junior Girl or Boy interested in being a graduation escort should attend a brief meeting on Monday, May 22nd in Room A-218 at 7 a.m ! Being a graduation escort means you will lead the graduates into the complex. This will require 2 short morning meetings and one rehearsal. Please see Madame Johnson in Room A-218 for more information.
